The Emotion Seekers board game is for ages 4+, and the children's books are for all ages, but best for ages 3+. However, families tell us that older siblings and younger siblings love joining in. The stories and game prompts are flexible enough to grow with your child!

Absolutely. Teachers, counselors, and child-development specialists have used the game and books to support social-emotional learning (SEL) and group discussions.

If you'd like to use the Emotion Seekers game for a larger group (like a 20+ student circle time), we recommend using just the Emmers Cards that come with the game, and having students take turns drawing a card and answering the prompt. It's a blast and a great way to start the morning!
